Refund Policy – VirtualEchoes At VirtualEchoes, we aim to provide unforgettable virtual reality experiences that transport you to new worlds. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to clarify our refund guidelines to ensure a smooth and transparent process. Booking and Payment All bookings for VR sessions, packages, and events at VirtualEchoes are subject to full payment at the time of reservation. Payments can be made online or on-site, depending on the booking method. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without any penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a partial refund or credit toward a future booking, at the discretion of VirtualEchoes management. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals that result in missed sessions. Technical Issues We strive to maintain all VR equipment in excellent condition. If you experience technical difficulties during your session that prevent the use of services, please notify our staff immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to: Resolve the issue promptly. Offer a session extension, rescheduling, or partial refund based on the situation. Non-Refundable Items Refunds will not be provided for: Sessions that have been fully used. Dissatisfaction due to personal preference or expectations. Health conditions or personal reasons that prevent participation after the session has started. Submit your request within the applicable cancellation timeframe. Our team will respond within 48 hours to confirm the status of your request. Third-Party Bookings If you booked your VR experience through a third-party platform or vendor, please refer to their specific refund policies and contact their support for assistance.
